Most of our roles are cast from inside the Nickel City Players, acting company. All scripts and most roles are written for members of the company but on occasion we audition and cast outside the company to fill roles that are still uncast. Man of our actors also participate in our free actor training program which helps them get cast without going through the audition process. All our training and programs are always free to the actor and every actor that is cast shares in 50% of the gross profit from any film they are cast in based on time on set. This is a contracted guarantee.
